Ramadan teaches us humility. It teaches us to get out of the bubble we live in, which revolve around us and us only, which has no room for concern or any hope of care for anyone.
The Idea Of Giving
By being hungry throughout the day we are able to sympathise with the less fortunate and be giving. Idea of giving away donations, charty especially during this time, we are helping when they need the most.
Cleaning Our Spiritual Selves
Just like a shower washes away dirt and filth this is the perfect time to clean the soul. Athetists may hate this but no one has created a way for the dead to become alive again. We have to move away from worldly pleasures and form a bond with the creator.
Being Kinder And Patient
Islam teaches us kindness and patience. It teaches us overlooking the downfalls of others. Today in this world its so hard to be kind but when we restraint ourselves we are also able to be kinder and more patient.
Preparing For The AfterLife
Life is not guaranteed forever especially during these coronavirus pandemic days. We might be okay today, but we might be god forbid coughing our lungs out the next minute. This ramadan at least in the last portion of it, lets hope Allah helps us in preparing for the afterlife. We don’t know whether we will make it to the next ramadan or not, but dear God, help us out during this difficult time.
